If any of you have not yet given Zakat al-Fitr generally €8,- to €16,- (depending on your location and where you donate this) is the amount for an eligible person, if you have children you pay on their behalf aswell if they don't have wealth.
do so preferably before Eid prayer time.
If anyone is eligible for Zakat al-Mal you could give that aswell if you meet the conditions (below), if you intended to give during Ramadan but forgot you can still do so. Zakat al-Mal can be paid during the course of the entire year.
What is Zakat al-Mal?
Zakat al-Mal is an annual 2.5% obligatory payment on assets such as cash, gold, silver, investments, and business inventory excluding personal items such as clothes, electronics, household items such as furnitures, appliances, transport vehicles etc.
To be eligible for Zakat Al-Mal:
Silver: 595g of Silver (~€1213,64 Euro /~$1405,95 / ￡1046,70)
Gold: 85g of Gold
